Workshops & Facilitation
Keynotes can be paired with workshops. This gives participants dedicated time to work with ideas, not just receive them. Standalone facilitation is also available for retreats, strategic planning, and leadership development.
-
Most organizations are having more impact than they realize. They just aren't capturing it yet.
Grounded in research from six sites around the world, this workshop helps teams find the evidence they're sitting on and use it where it matters most.

-
Designed for teams operating under real pressure, this workshop builds the practical skills for leading through disagreement, making hard calls, and moving forward in a way people can respect.
Pairs well with: When the Stakes Are Real (Keynote)
-
Built around a practical exercise used with individuals, leaders, and teams, this workshop helps participants identify the gap between their stated values and how their time is actually spent and then helps them examine how to close it.
Stand-alone workshop.
-
Most nonprofits have strong individuals doing communications, marketing, and fundraising.
What gets lost in the silos is the connective tissue: the shared story, the aligned strategy, the consistent voice that makes all of it more effective.
This workshop helps marketing, fundraising, and communications teams examine how their work connects and where the gaps are.
It also asks the question every nonprofit needs to be sitting with right now: how is AI changing the way you create content, reach donors, and tell your story, and how can your team harness what it makes possible?
Stand-alone workshop for nonprofit leadership and communications teams.
INTEGRATED BY DESIGN
-
Most programs are designed from the inside out, starting with what an organization can offer and working toward the people they serve.
This workshop flips that.
Using journey mapping as a tool, participants trace the real experiences of women, identifies what they actually need to thrive, where gaps exist, and which partners and supports would make a difference.
The work isn't about adding services. It's about seeing the full picture of what women are navigating and building strategy from there.
Stand-alone workshop for nonprofits, funders, and organizations working to strengthen outcomes for women.
